3.10 You may use the free entry route for the competition by completing and complying with the following conditions:
(a) Post your entry by first class or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: 9 Lakeview Way, Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, BT36 5ZY. Entries must be hand written so we can confirm they are not automated.
(b) Your entry must contain the following information:
(i) Your full name;
(ii) Your address;
(iii) A valid contact telephone number and valid email address
(iv) Title of the competition you are entering.
(v) Your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one).
(vi) Your date of birth.
(c) Any incomplete or illegible entries will be automatically disqualified;
(d) Entrants may submit multiple free entries for any competition (up to and including any limit placed on entries by the Promoter). Each free entry must be submitted via post to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries sent in one envelope will not be counted as multiple entries. Any bulk entries received will be counted as one single entry;
(e) By entering any competition, you are confirming your eligibility to enter and you accept these terms and conditions;
(f) Your entry must be received prior to the Closing Date by the Promoter. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be eligible for entry into the random draw;
(g) The Promoter will not confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct nor will the promoter acknowledge receipt of your entry;
(h) If the maximum amount of paid entries is reached before your free entry is received by the promoter, you will not be entered into the random draw.
(i) You must have a registered an account with the promoter to use the free entry route.
(j) In the event you are entering a draw where your postal entry cost exceeds the value of the paid entry we will issue additional free credit/entries to exceed the paid value for you.
